I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Average delivery time after shipment is between 5 and 11 days, depending on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 2 to 5 days. Haven’t received tracking info after 7 days? Please contact us at help.vanmorselmode@hotmail.com.


What’s the fastest way to get a refund?
To ensure the quickest refund, we recommend contacting our customer service directly instead of filing a dispute through external payment providers such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or your bank. Reaching out to us directly allows us to handle your request faster and more efficiently.


I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there’s a problem?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any items that are defective or damaged.

You have 14 days to return your order for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Always include your name and order number in the return package for smooth processing.

Note: If your package is still in transit, please wait until it has been delivered before initiating a return. Once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll process your refund.


Can I cancel my order?
Order processing begins immediately after your purchase. However, you have a 15-minute window to cancel your order free of charge. Contact us within that time, and we’ll take care of it right away.

If more than 15 minutes have passed, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the order after delivery using our simple return process for a full refund.


I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours or reply to your order confirmation email. We’ll do our best to update the address in time.

Please note: After 24 hours, we may no longer be able to change the address. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund for packages shipped to the wrong address.


How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center. On average, shipping takes 7–14 days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package’s progress.


I accidentally ordered an extra item. Can I cancel it?
If you accidentally added an extra item to your order, please contact us immediately at help.vanmorselmode@hotmail.com. If you contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order, we can cancel the item and issue a refund.

If more than 15 minutes have passed, you can return the item for a refund after receiving it.


My order was shipped from abroad, but I wasn’t aware of this.
We partner with international suppliers – including trusted partners in China – to offer a wide and unique selection of products. Regardless of origin, all our items are covered under our standard return and refund policy.
